Beverley Travel – Jet2holiday Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Beverley Travel Ltd (Wicstun Branch), Flemingate Centre, Beverley, HU17 0NQ.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

Employees of Beverley Travel Ltd, Jet2holidays, and their immediate families are not eligible.

One entry per unique email address, unless otherwise stated.

3. Prize

The prize is a £2,000 voucher towards a Jet2holiday for up to 4 passengers, for more than 4 passengers the customer must pay the applicable deposit for the extra passengers, which:

Must be booked through the Wicstun branch of Beverley Travel.

Can be used as part payment towards any Jet2holiday by adding additional funds.

No cash alternative is available. Not Transferrable.

4. Booking Conditions

The holiday must be booked via Beverley Travel’s Wicstun branch.

If the chosen holiday costs more than £2,000, the winner must pay the difference on, or before, the Balance Due Date as per the Wicstun Travel Confirmation document. The voucher does not cover the cost of any online only discounts, so the price may vary from those shown on Jet2holidays retail site.

5. Cancellations and Changes

If Jet2holidays cancels the holiday, Beverley Travel will provide a credit of £2,000 towards a future Jet2holiday, which must also be booked via the Wicstun branch.

If the customer cancels or changes the holiday, any charges or penalties imposed by Jet2holidays must be paid by the customer and cannot be deducted from the £2,000 prize voucher.

6. How to Enter

Complete the entry form or enter via the free postal route.

Marketing consent is optional and not a condition of entry.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

The winner will be notified by email or phone within 7 days of the closing date.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Beverley Travel reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for administering the competition and, if consent is given, for marketing communications.

Data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

9. Disclaimer

Jet2holidays is a separate company and is not responsible for the administration of this competition. All queries regarding the competition should be directed to Beverley Travel Ltd.

10. General

Beverley Travel Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition in exceptional circumstances.

The promoter’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

This promotion is governed by English law.
